William "Dick" Tinsley

William R. "Dick" Tinsley, 82, of Rosiclare, IL died February 8, 2023 at his home in Rosiclare. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy, member of the First Apostolic Church in Rosiclare, IL and the Hardin County American Legion Post 571.
Survivors include his wife, Gean Tinsley of Rosiclare, IL; daughter, Alene (Todd) Carr of Elizabethtown, IL; grandchildren, Rachel (Tanner) Dutton, Allison Carr and Leah Carr and sister, Debra LaPradd of Tolu, KY.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Gina Renee Tinsley; parents, Richard Gordon and Luda Tinsley and sisters, Carmen Ann Hunt and Sue Mills.
Services are scheduled for 1 PM Sunday February 12, 2023 at the First Apostolic Church in Rosiclare, IL with interment in Fluorine Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 11 AM Sunday until service time at the church.
Military Rites will be held at the cemetery on Sunday.
