William Waldo Jenkins, 77, of Elizabethtown, IL. passed away on Thursday May 15, 2015 at Baptist Health of Paducah, KY. He was born on January 12, 1938 in Elizabethtown, IL. to William Cecil Jenkins and Golden Gertrude (Barnerd) Jenkins. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
He is survived by his Wife: Robbie Pennell Jenkins of Elizabethtown; Son: Joe and Tammy Jenkins of Elizabethtown; Son: Danny Jenkins and Friend Pam of Rosiclare; Grandson: T.J. and Candice Jenkins of Norris City; Granddaughter: Amber and Ryan Frailey; Granddaughter: Kenzi Rae Jenkins; Grandson: William Taylor Jenkins; Great Grandchildren: Bryson and Brynden Jenkins; Sister: Linda and Tim Stanley of Cave In Rock; Sister: Elladee Bell of Vacaville, CA.; Brother: Mitchell and Brenda Jenkins of Elizabethtown.
He was preceded by his Parents: Cecil and Golden Jenkins; Brother: Tommy Donithan; Brother: Jerry Jenkins; Brother: Michael Jenkins; Sister: Frieda Gentry; Sister: Rose Mary Jenkins.
Hardin County Funeral Services, Rose Gilbert Funeral Home, is in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be on Sunday May 17, 2015 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Services will be on Monday May 18, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Rev. Stan Pennell and Rev. Tommy Dutton will officiate the services. Burial will follow at Peters Creek Cemetery.
