Mr. Wilbur Harold Pennell

Wilbur Harold Pennell, 91, of Rosiclare, IL., passed away at Hardin County General Hospital on June 12, 2016. He was born in Hardin County on July 31, 1924 to Norman H. Pennell and Ethel R. (Wright) Pennell. He was a retired welder and fabricator.
He is survived by Son: Wilbur A. Pennell; Bro: Larry Pennell; Bro: Bill and Grace Pennell; Sis: Yvonne Allred; and several Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Norman and Ethel Pennell; Wife: Mildred Pennell; Son: Jeff Pennell; Sis: Juanita Love; and one sister in infancy.
Hardin County Funeral Services, Rose-Gilbert Funeral Home, is in charge of arrangements. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday June 15, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home. The family will receive visitors from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday June 14, 2016 at the funeral home. Rev. John Patti will officiate the services. Burial will follow at Rutherford Cemetery.
