Una Florence Mott, 90, of Marion, Kentucky died Tuesday at Crittenden County Hospital. She was a member of Mexico Baptist Church, Eastern Star and Gideon International Auxillary.
Surviving is her husband Willard Mott of Marion, KY; sons, Dennis (Charlotte) Mott of Marion, KY and Ronnie (Wanda) Mott of Kuttawa, KY; daughter, LaDonne (James) Penn of Marion, KY; brother, Herbert Shadowen of Bowling Green, KY; half-brother, Rudy "Bud" Shadowen of Marion, KY; 2 half-sisters, Luella Chandler of Newburgh, IN and Norma Jean Shadowen of Marion, KY; grandchildren, Chad (Stephanie) Mott, Aimee (Troy) Lynn, Regan (Eric) Lookadoo, Adria (Jody) Porter, Mandy (Michael) Hunt and Brian (Jessica) Penn; great grandchildren, Gabe and Hannah Mott, Lynzee, Laycee and Seth Lynn, Camryn and Logan Lookadoo, Carly and Jack Porter, Gavin, Macie and Haylie Hunt and Caden Penn.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Erwin and Vera Shadowen; brothers, Jesse and Billie Shadowen; half sisters, Virginia Covert and Sue Shadowen; half brothers, Collin, James Ray and Ralph Shadowen.
Services are scheduled for 1 PM Thursday at Mexico Baptist Church with interment in Mexico Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 5-9 PM Wednesday at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY and from 9 AM until service time at the church on Thursday.
