Thelma Ethel Conn, 84, of Elizabethtown, IL. passed away on Wednesday April 1, 2015 at Rosiclare Healthcare Center. She was born on October 14, 1930 to Mike Roe and Mildred Hise in Old Shawneetown. She was a retired beautician and a member of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by her Husband: Jack Conn; Daughter: Jackie Boyd; Grandson: Johnny Boyd Jr.; Great Grandson: Mason Lee Boyd; Brother: George and Delores Clayton; Sister: Billie Kimbro; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her Parents; and Step Mother: Evelin Roe.
Hardin County Funeral Services, Cox Funeral Home, is in charge of arrangements. Funeral services will be held on Friday April 3, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home. The family will receive visitors from 11:00 A.M. until service time. Burial will follow at Peters Creek Cemetery. Rev. Ed Lafferty will officiate the services.
