Thelma Sue Boone

Thelma Sue Boone, 89, of Marion, KY died Thursday January 19, 2023 at Crittenden County Health and Rehab. She was a member of Sulphur Springs Baptist Church and the Homemakers Club. Additionally, Mrs. Boone worked for the University of Kentucky as an extension assistant for over 16 years and was a 4H Leader.
Survivors include her children, Eddie (Brendyth) Boone of Caldwell County, KY, Deb (Kevin) Dutton of Marion, KY, Terry (Lisa) Boone of Marion, KY, Jimmy (Amy) Boone of Marion, KY, Sandra (Anthony) Tabor of Marion, KY, Mary Ann Boone of Marion, KY, Amanda (Tony) Harper of Marion, KY and Matthew (Heather) Boone of Marion, KY; 15 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bro. Marion E. Boone; parents, Huston and Lillie Clark; brother, Donald H. Clark; sister, Doris A. Taylor and granddaughter, Haylee Mae Boone.
Services are scheduled for 11 AM Monday January 23, 2023 Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY with interment in Mapleview Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 6-8 PM Sunday January 22, 2023 and from 9 AM until service time Monday at the funeral home.
