Teresa Kay Conn, 51, of rural Elizabethtown, IL. passed away on October 26, 2012 at Hardin County General Hospital. She was born on July 25, 1961 in Vandalia, IL. to Herb Price and Jeanette (Albert) Price.
She is survived by her Dexter Conn; Daughter: Amanda & Jason Smith; Son: James Conn; Grandchildren: Kylie Brooke Smith and Jason Tyler Smith; Bro: Dale & Rita Price; Bro: Dean & Anne Price; Sister: Dianna & Michael Kumorek; Sis: LuAnne & Shane Little; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded by her parents and two brothers in infancy, Randy and Terry.
Hardin County Funeral Services, Cox Funeral Home, is in charge of arrangements. As per family wishes, she was cremated. A memorial service will be held on Saturday November 3, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at Cox Funeral Home in Rosiclare. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. till service time. Rev. Stan Pennell will officiate.
