Sylvia Arland Malcom, 82, of Golconda, IL died Tuesday at Hardin County Hospital. She was of the Baptist Faith.
Surviving are her children, Jim Malcom of Rosiclare, IL, Jean Crowell of Greenville, OH and Cindy Malcom of Golconda, IL; sister, Myrtle Webb of Harrisburg, IL; 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchidren and 1 great great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Malcom; parents, Jessie and Frances Byers Scott; 1 brother and 3 sisters.
Services are scheduled for 1 PM Saturday at Cox Funeral Home in Rosiclare with interment in Empire Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 6-8 PM Friday at the funeral home.
