Steven Earl Patton, 60, formerly of Hardin County, passed away on February 13, 2014 at his residence in Plano, TX. He was born at Eldorado, Il. on September 7, 1953 to Gilbert C. Patton and Norma ( McDowell ) Patton. He was a Technical Administrator for University of Texas.
He is survived by a son: Jacob Patton and Gloria Chui; Dau: Chaney Patton; Sis: Arlene Patton; and two nieces.
He was preceded by his parents: Gilbert and Norma Patton, and a sister: Sherry Patton.
As per family wishes, Mr. Patton has been cremated. A memorial service will be held at Rose-Gilbert Funeral Home in Cave In Rock, IL. on Saturday February 22, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. The family will receive visitors from 1:00 P.M. till 2:00 P.M. Rev. Dan Holt and Rev. Robert Colburn will officiate the services. Burial will follow at Cave Hill Cemetery
