He is survived by his Wife: Sandy Kaczmar of Chicago, IL.; Son: Steve Kaczmar of Chicago, IL.; Son: David of Chicago, IL.; Brother: Pete and Diana Kaczmar of Chicago, IL.; Girlfriend: Laura Ghalyon of Cave In Rock, IL.
He was preceded in death by his Parents: Peter and Rose Kaczmar.
Hardin County Funeral Services, Cox Funeral Home, is in charge of arrangements. As per his wishes, Mr. Kaczmar will be cremated and a burial service will be held at a later date in Chicago.
