Ruby Lay

Ruby J. Lay, 80, of Paris, MO, formerly of Rosiclare, IL died Monday in Missouri. She attended Community Chapel Church in Rosiclare, IL.
Surviving are her children, Sharon Krager, Jan Minks and Dennis Lay of Paris, MO and Sandy Cruson of Rosiclare, IL; brothers, Paul, Jack, David and Dale Hayden all of Rosiclare, IL; sisters, Sue Miller of Carrier Mills, IL, Betty Rushing of Stone Fort, IL, Lorene Welchell of Rosiclare, IL and Shirley Davis of Springfield, IL; 13 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Lay; son, Joe Ronnie Lay; grandson, Jerry Paul Krager; parents, Arthur and Lillie Hayden; 2 brothers and 1 sister.
Services are scheduled for 1 PM Friday at Community Chapel Church in Rosiclare, IL with interment in Bolden Cemetery in Eddyville, IL. The family will receive visitors from 6-8 Thursday at Hosick Funeral Home in Rosiclare and from 10 AM until service time Friday at the church.
