Robert Allen "Bob" Phillips, 69, of Marion, KY died Friday at Parkway Nursing and Rehab Center in Paducah, KY. He was a member of Frances Presbyterian Church and former employee of the City of Marion Water Plant.
Surviving are his daughter, Michelle Rushing of Paducah, KY; sister, Jeanne Nunn of Henderson, KY; 2 grandchildren and 2 step grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife; Phyllis Phillips and parents, Brownie and Deedie Phillips.
Services are scheduled for 2 PM Sunday at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY with interment in Frances Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-8 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
