Mr. Robert Lee Paradee

Robert Lee Paradee, 93, of Cave In Rock, Il. Passed away at 5:10 A.M. Tuesday October 29, 2013 at Hardin County General Hospital. He was born on January 11, 1920 to Herbert Paradee and Fannie ( Heistand ) Paradee in Cherokee County, Kansas. He was an Army Air Core veteran and a 50 year member of the American Legion.
He is survived by a Daughter: Pam & Gary Clevenger; Grandsons: Gary Wayne Clevenger Jr. and Gabriel Clevenger; Sister: Bonnie Ligon; Many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his Parents; Wife: Cornelia ( Kaegi ) Paradee; Brothers: Chester and Dan; Sisters: Pansy, Alice, Olive, and Fern.

Hardin County Funeral Services, Rose-Gilbert Funeral Home, is in charge of services. Visitation will be Friday November 1, 2013 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the First Christian Church of Cave In Rock, IL. Funeral services will be Saturday November 2, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at the church. Rev. Jeff Bullock will officiate the services. Burial will follow at Cave Hill Cemetery.
