Robert James Mitchell

Robert James "Bob" Mitchell, 61, of Elizabethtown, IL died Sunday October 22, 2023 at his home surrounded by his family who he loved more than anything. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved playing practical jokes.
Survivors include his wife, Kim Mitchell of Elizabethtown, IL; daughters, Michelle (Jeremy) Glanzner of Cave-In-Rock, IL and Amy (Justin) Wilson of Alhambra, IL; grandchildren, Bobbie, Alex, Caitlyn, David, Ethan, Fay and Paige; special friend, John Erwin and several brothers and sisters,
He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Myrtle Mitchell.
Private services will be held at a later date.
Hardin County Funeral Services in Rosiclare, IL is in charge of arrangements.
