Riley Eugene "Gene" Reed, 74, of Rosiclare, IL passed away Tuesday November 22, 2016 at Baptist Health in Paducah, KY. He was a member of the General Baptist Faith, American Legion Paul C. Rowan Post, and a United States Navy Veteran.
Survivors include his Wife- Nellie Reed of Rosiclare, IL; Son- Brian (Chandra) Reed of Rosiclare, IL; Daughter- Vicky O'Neal of Bunker Hill, IL; Brother- Jerry (Sharon) Reed of Champagne, IL; 5 Grandchildren- Ryne (Cindy) Reed, Jaedyn Reed, Hunter Reed, Koda Farone Reed and Luke Livengood; 2 Great Grandchildren- Hailey Reed and Cole Reed.
He was preceded in death by his Parents, Stephen and Thelma Reed; Brothers Stephen Reed Jr. and Russell Reed.
Visitation will be held from 5-8 PM December 2, 2016 at the General Baptist Church in Rosiclare, IL.
