Mr. Richard Ledbetter

Richard Ledbetter, 80, of Harrisburg, IL. passed away at 1:25 A.M. on August 14, 2012 at Harrisburg Medical Center while surrounded by his family. He is preceded in death by his parents Bertha ( Lamb ) and Selby Ledbetter, his sister Maxine Myers, and four brother in laws Bill Alexander, Norman McGowen, Johny Myers, and Leonard Winters. He is survived by his wife Betty, daughters Janice & Frank Joiner, Sheila & DJ McGuire, grandchildren Angela & Danny Sweet, Billy & Steffanie Ferrell, Jennifer & Brandon Milligan, and Alyssa McGuire. Great grandchildren Savannah and Mason Sweet, Conner Ferrell, Siblings Joe & Patsy Ledbetter, Bobby & Carol Ledbetter, Imagine Alexander, Ruth McGowen and Kathleen Winters. Along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Richard never met a stranger and those that were lucky enough to know him called him friend. Those of us that were blessed to be his family knew him as loving, caring, funnyman. We will truly miss you, husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle....Hero.
