Phyllis Gayle Blake 64, of Marion KY. passed away at the Crittenden County Hospital. Mrs. Blake is survived by her husband Ronald Blake of Marion KY. 2 Sons
Ronald Blake Jr. of Washington DC. and William Troy Koon of Louisville KY. 1 Daughter Crystal Gayle Mendiola of Radcliff KY. 1 Sister Doris Fritts of Marion KY. and 10 Grandchildren
Mrs. Blake was preceded in death by her Parents William and Juanita Farmer and one Brother Robert (Bobby) Dickerson.
Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00pm Sunday June 30, 2013 at Gilbert Funeral Home friends may call from 5:00pm until 8:00pm Saturday at Gilbert Funeral Home burial will be at Mapleview cemetery
