Patricia Chloe Barnes, 69, passed away on October 25, 2017 at her home. She was the wife of Donnie Barnes. They shared 48 years of marriage together.
Born in Shawneetown, IL, she was the daughter of Robert and Elizabeth Chloetine Fisher Price. She graduated from Harrisburg Township High School in 1966. She was retired, but spent many years employed as a school bus driver at Hardin County Schools in Elizabethtown, IL and Walmart in Harrisburg, IL.
Pat was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. She enjoyed working with her family on the farm, cooking and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her loving husband, Donnie; Son: Jeffery Barnes of Elizabethtown; Son: Floyd (Lisa) Barnes of Elizabethtown; Daughter: Donetta (Jamie) Hayes of Harrisburg; As well as four grandchildren: Wyatt, Zayne, Alexa and Morgan and Brother: Robert Price.
She was preceded in death by her Parents; Sister: Donna (Harold) Barnes and Brother: Danny Price.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 30th, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Rose-Gilbert Funeral Home located in Cave-In-Rock, IL. Family will receive visitors from 10:00 am till time of service. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery.
