Mona Fay Dalton

Mona Fay Dalton, 72, of Marion, KY passed away December 7, 2024 at Salem Springlake Care Center in Salem, KY. She worked various jobs to include working at Carhartt for 30 years and then later working and retiring from Siemens Mobility. She enjoyed playing softball, fishing and serving her community helping at the Tolu Community Cennter.

Survivors include her husband, Ted Dalton of Marion, Ky; children, Misty Hicks, Jimbo Dalton and Jay Dalton of Marion, KY; brothers, Jeff (Marceia) Ellis and Randy (Georganna) Ellis; sister, Linda (Eddie) Tinsley; sister-in-law, Pat Ellis; grandchildren, Kaitlyn (Keaton) Bridges, Ashlyn Hicks, Kyler Dalton, Chelsea (Jase) Manus, Savannah Dalton and Kathrynn Dalton; great grandchildren, Klaus Manus, Greyson Manus, Skelyn Manus and Asher Dalton and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Mildred June Ellis, Jr. and brother, Danny Ellis.

Services are scheduled for 1 PM Tuesday December 10, 2024 at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, Ky with interment in Whites Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 11 AM until service time Tuesday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, family has requested donation be made to the Tolu Community Center, c/o Larry Tinsley, 100 Todd Alley, Marion, KY 42064
