Mildred Watson Border, 91, of Marion, KY, died Thursday, April 16, 2009 at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY. She was a homemaker and member of Marion Baptist Church.
Surviving are her daughter, Dianne Watson Helms of Marion, KY; grandchildren, Lisa Jepsen of Henderson, KY., M.J., Tyler and Adam Watson all of Marion, KY; great grandchildren, Shelby and Taylor Jepsen of Henderson, KY.
She was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Fort Watson; 2nd husband, George Border; son, Mike Watson; mother, Eula Brantley; brother, Junior Bettis and sister, Virginia Utley.
Services are scheduled for 2 PM Monday at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY with burial in Mapleview Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 4-7 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
