Mary Kathryn "Buddy" Sleamaker 95, Passed away Friday October 2nd at St Anthony Hospice Facility in St Louis MO. Mrs. Sleamaker is survived by one son Dr. Thomas F. Sleamaker of Louisville KY. and daughter Kathryn Ann Faught of St Louis MO. , Three Grandchildren Dr. Clayton R. Bratton of Biloxi MS. Meredith A. Sleamaker and Erika L. sleamaker both of Louisville KY. as well as Five Great Grandchildren.
Mrs. Sleamaker was preceded by Her parents James and Lelia Hodges one Brother Harry L. Hodges and Husband Dr. Thomas W. Sleamaker.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Monday October 5th 2009 at Gilbert Funeral Home Friends May call from 12:00 PM until service time 1:00 PM at Gilbert Funeral Home with burial at Mapleview Cemetery
Donations to be made to St. Anthony's DE Greeff Hospice House , 1006 Kennerly Road , St Louis MO. 63128
