Ms. Mabel Marie Lindsay

Mabel Marie Lindsey, 75, of Rosiclare, IL. Passed away on July 21, 2013 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN. She was born on August 12, 1937 to Alonzo Lowry and Bertie (Showater) Lowry in the Rock Creek community of Hardin County, IL. In 1955, she married the love of her life, Morris Lindsay. He passed away on April 13, 1985.
She is survived by her sons: Morris Wayne Lindsay and Dennis Lindsay; Granddau: Sarah Lindsay; Sisters: Gladys Spivey and Mary Rose Vinyard; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her Parents; Husband; Brothers: Franklin, James, Roy, and Charles; Sisters: Louise English, Dorothy Dutton, and Goldie Lowry.

Hardin County Funeral Services, Cox Funeral Home, is in charge of services. Arrangements are, Visitation will be Thursday July 25, 2013 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Funeral Service will be Thursday July 25, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery. Bro. Harold Miller will officiate the services.
