Loraine "Lorene" Welchel, 99, of Rosiclare, IL. died Tuesday December 3, 2019 at her home in Rosiclare, IL. She was a member of Rosiclare First Baptist Church,


Survivors include her daughter, Cleoma (Wendell) Robinson of Rosiclare, IL.; grandchildren, Cathy Barnard, Lisa Oxford, Rhonda Shore and Kevin Baldwin all of Rosiclare, IL.; brothers, Paul (Margaret) Hayden of Golconda, IL., Jack (Beulah) Hayden and Dale and David Hayden all of Rosiclare, IL.; sister, Shirley (Chuck) Davis of Springfield, IL.; great grandchildren, Courtney (Aaron) McKinley, Andrew (Kassie) Oxford, Brittany (Chris) Mahoney, Krissy (Jon) Biggs, Colby Shore, Whitney Shore, Corey and Cody Baldwin and 9 great great grandchildren.


She was preceded in death by her 1st husband, William Baldwin; 2nd husband, Alfred Welchel; son, Ronnie Baldwin; sisters, Ellen Smock, Betty Rushing, Ruby Lay and Sue Miller; brothers, Earl "Bud" Hayden, Charlie Hayden and Billy Hayden and daughter-in-law, Mary Kay Baldwin.


Services are scheduled for 1 PM Friday December 6, 2019 at Hardin County Funeral Service in Rosiclare, IL. with interment in Twitchell Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 11 AM until service time Friday at the funeral home.
