L.G. Quertermous, 87, of Marion, KY died Saturday at his home in Marion, KY. He was a member of the Baptist Faith and a Korean War Veteran of the Army.
Surviving is his son, Danny Quertermous of Marion, KY; daughter, Judy Jones of Marion,KY; step son, Jackie Moore of Marion, KY; 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley; parents, Guthrie and Alice Quertermous and 1 brother.
Services are scheduled for 1 PM Thursday at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY with interment in Mapleview Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 10 AM until service time Thursday at the funeral home.
Military rites will be given at the cemetery on Thursday.
