Leona Harper

Leona Harper, 83, of Booneville, Indiana, formerly of Marion, Kentucky, died November 28, 2008 at Warrick County Hospital in Boonville, IN. She was a member of Dawsons Adult Bible School.
Mrs. Harper is survived by daughters, Barbara Wilson of Newburgh, IN., Diana McGary of Chandler, IN., Phyllis Sutton of Evansville, IN. and Frieda Fitzpatrick of Benton, IL; sons, James Harper of Robards, KY., Bob Harper of Evansville, IN., Charles Harper of Boonville, IN., Roger Harper of Evansville, IN. and Joseph Harper of Boonville, IN.; 30 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Preceding her in death are her husband, James A. Harper; daughter, Carlin Harper Bowman; son, Henry A. Harper and granddaughter, Karla S. Harper.
Services are scheduled for 2 PM Monday, December 1, 2008 at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY. with interment in Mapleview Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 10 AM until service time at the funeral home.
