Leealema Pauline Nichols

Leealema Pauline Duncan Nichols, 67, of Providence, KY died Sunday at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville, KY. She was a member of Second Baptist Church of Providence.

Surviving is her husband, Luther Nichols of Providence, KY; daughter, Tammy Todd of Marion, KY; sons, James Hamby of Providence, KY and Eddie Nichols of Atlanta, GA; brothers, Cecil Duncan of Collinsville, IL, Kenneth Duncan of Wyoming, Jimmy and Billy Duncan both of Marion, KY, Doug Duncan of Bowling Green, KY, Randy Chittenden of Ohio and Robert Chittenden of Illinois; sisters, Peggy Reed and Gail Reed both of Salem, KY; 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Freeman and Roberta Duncan and 1 brother, Lewis Ray Chittenden.

Services are scheduled for 1 PM Thursday at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY with interment in Mapleview Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 5-8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
