Survivors include her parents, Jason and Amanda Smith of Elizabethtown, IL.; brother, Tyler Smith of Elizabethtown, IL.; grandparents, Dexter Conn of Cave-In-Rock, IL. and Charles and Melinda Smith of Elizabethtown, IL. and great grandparents, Linda and Loy Barger of Golconda, IL.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Teresa Conn and uncles, Wesley Conn and Joshua Smith.
Private services will be held at a later date.
