June Enoch

June (Hughes) Enoch formerly of Green Wood Heights, in Marion, Kentucky died Sunday November 27th at Oaklawn Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Louisville, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her husband of twenty-eight years Ted Enoch, a son Don Brown, a sister Helen McDaniel, brother Hollis Hughes, and parents Eston and Flora Hughes.
June was a retired Potter and Brumfield employee. She was a faithful member of Emmanuel Baptist Church until her stroke and the four year ensuing rehabilitation at Oaklawn.
June is survived by six children; Saundra Johnson (Leslie) of Louisville KY, Vicki Thurman (Daryl) of Elizabethtown and Markeata Daniels of Boca Raton FL, Bobby Enoch (Debbie) of Madisonville KY, Phillip Enoch (ReShelle) of Tucson AZ, Lesia Wood (Kevin) of Springfield TN, ten grandchildren, Ben Newton, Tonya Johnson (Jeff), Lindsay Jaggers (Ian), Gordon Daniels, Elliott Daniels, Desi (Larry) Puckett, Steve (Debbie) Enoch, Kenan (Lana) Enoch, Erin Wood, Mitchell Wood, and eight great grand children. She also was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, neighbor and friend cherished by all.
Gilbert Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Visitation at the funeral home will be on Wednesday 5-8:00 pm with services on Thursday at 11:00 am. Interment will be in Maple View Cemetery following the service.
