John Walter Denton, Jr, 78, of Cave-In-Rock, IL died Sunday at Harrisburg Medical Center.
Surviving are his brothers, Harry Lee Denton of Cave-In-Rock, IL and James Gordon Denton of Elizabethtown, IL; sisters-in-law, Opal Denton of Cave-In-Rock, IL, Kathleen Denton of New Mexico, Vena Denton of Rosiclare, IL and Mary Ellen Denton of Elizabethtown, IL.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Walter and Velma Fern Denton, Sr.; 5 brothers and 1 sister.
Services are scheduled for 1 PM Tuesday at Rose-Gilbert Funeral Home in Cave-In-Rock, IL with interment in Cave Hill Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 11 AM until service time at the funeral home.
