Joe E. Morris, 86, of Marion, KY died Saturday at Crittenden County Hospital in Marion, KY. He was an Army Veteran and member of Crooked Creek Church.
Surviving is his wife, Linda Morris of Marion, KY; sons, Jerry Morris of Lobelville, TN, Jay Morris of Princeton, KY, Jeff Morris of Charlotte, N.C. and John Morris of Marion, KY; daughter, Joni Durfey of Marion, KY; brother, Jack R. Morris of Burleson, TN; half brother, Steven Morris of Ashland, KY; half sister, Laura Morris of Russell, KY; 4 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 3 step grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Janel Lynna Morris and parents, James W. and Lillie Morris.
Services are scheduled for 1 PM Friday at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY with interment in Crooked Creek Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 5-8 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
