Jason Russell Cates, 34, of Marion, KY. passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at his home in Marion.
He is survived by his mother, Susan Cates of Marion, KY.; sister, Jennifer (Dwayne) Day of Smithland, KY.; grandmother, Kathleen Cooke of Crown Point, Indiana; 2 nieces, Ashley and Jessica Woodall both of Smithland, KY.; aunt, Penny Jankovich of Crown Point, Indiana and his Band of Brothers from the cabin.
Services are scheduled for 2 PM Sunday, November 2, 2008 at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY.
The family will receive visitors from 6-9 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
Contributions may be made to the Jason Cates Memorial Fund, c/o Farmers Bank and Trust Co., 201 S. Main St., Marion, KY. 42064.
