James Donald "Don" Taylor

James Donald "Don" Taylor, 86, of Marion, KY died Tuesday at Crittenden County Hospital. He was retired from the United States Air Force.
Surviving are his sons, Michael Taylor of Sugarland, TX and Patrick Taylor of Delray Beach, FL; daughter, Laurie Ann Daiken of Deluth, Minnesota; sister, Nona Akridge of Fredonia, KY; 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Ann Taylor and 1 brother.
Services are scheduled for 1 PM Saturday January 17, 2015 at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY with interment in Mapleview Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 5-8 PM Friday at the funeral home.
Military Rites will be given at the cemetery on Saturday.
Donations may be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101.
