James Collin Hicks

James Collin Hicks, 71, of Marion, KY, formerly of Deer Park, TX passed away August 31, 2024 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Center in Paducah, KY. He was a member of Marion Baptist Church, Veteran of the United States Air Force, graduate of the University of Texas, former director of the Pasadena Livestock and Rodeo Association and former winner of the Texas Safety Manager Of The Year.

Survivors include his brother; Roy Tony Hicks of Oceanside, CA and sister, Tracey Sue (John) Choate, of Eddyville, KY.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Roy and Lois Hicks.
