Jacob Earl Logan, 89, of Carmi, formerly of Hardin County, IL, died Tuesday at Wabash Christian Retirement Center in Carmi, IL. He was a Navy Veteran of WWII.
Surviving are his wife, Ada Lucille Logan of Carmi, IL; children, Tom Logan of Carmi, IL,Glenn Logan of Rudement, IL and Joyce Preston of Carmi, IL; 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by 1 brother and 3 sisters.
Services are scheduled for 1 PM Friday at Hosick Funeral Home in Rosiclare, IL with burial in Empire Cemetery. Friends may call from 11 AM until service time at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers please send donations to the Alzeimers Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Chicago, IL 60601.
Military Rites will be given at the cemetery on Friday.
