Ms. Helen Hobbs

Helen Hobbs, 85, of rural Elizabethtown, Il. Passed away on March 7, 2013 at her residence. She was born at Rock Creek, Il. on December 17, 1927 to John Clanton and Gladys ( Dutton ) Clanton. On June 7, 1949 she married the love of her life, Raymond T. Hobbs.
She is survived by a Daughter: Judith McCluskey; Son: Stephen & Diana Hobbs; Daughter: Peggie Hobbs; Daughter: Alice Kaylor; Daughter: Robin Jenkins; Sister: Clara Gordan; Sister: Martha & Bill Williams; Brother: Bill & Gladys Clanton; Brother: Joe Clanton; Brother: Danny Clanton; Bother: David & Brenda Clanton; 13 Grandchildren; 19 Great Grandchildren; 1 Great Great Grandchild.
She was preceded by her Husband: Raymond T. Hobbs; Parents; Daughter: Angela Beth Hobbs; Sister: Tillie Oxford; Brothers: Tom, Frank, & John Clanton.

Hardin County Funeral Services, Cox Funeral Home, is in charge of arrangements. As per her wishes, Ms. Hobbs has been cremated. A visitation and memorial service will be held on Friday March 15, 2013 at Cox Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. with the memorial service starting at 7:00 P.M. Rev. Stan Pennell will officiate the services.
