Ms. Helen Marie English

Helen Marie English, 89, of Elizabethtown, IL., passed away on August 25, 2014 at the Rosiclare Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center at 4:30 A.M. She was born on March 5, 1925 in Rosiclare, IL. to Leonard Hardin and Mary (Ralph) Hardin. On January 22, 1945, she married the love of her life, Louis Van English.
She is survived by Son: Louis Brent English of Rosiclare, IL.; Son: Tony Ray and Barbara English of Elizabethtown, IL.; 2 Grandchildren: Wendy English of Milwaukee and Cody English of Rosiclare, IL.; 4 Great Grandchildren: Matt Douglas, Graci English, Kali English, and Jada Womack.
She was preceded in death by her Husband: Louis Van English; Parents: Lenard and Mary Hardin; Granddaughter: Penny Davis; Brothers: Roy, Billy, and Barney Hardin; Sisters: Norma Foster, Etha McLemore, and Laverne Winters.
Hardin County Funeral Services, Cox Funeral Home, is in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be Wednesday August 27, 2014 from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home. Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday August 27, 2014 at the funeral home. Rev. Bernie Cowgill will officiate the services. Burial will follow at Empire Cemetery.
