Harry Weldon "Bear" Foster, 73, of Elizabethtown, IL. passed away at his residence on Sunday May 27, 2012 at 11:45 P.M. He was born in Elizabethtown, IL. on May 29, 1938 to Clyde Foster and Lizzie (Burklow) Foster. He was a retired fluorspar miner.
He is survived by his Wife: Emily Ann (Buckman) Foster of Athens, TN.; Son: DeWayne Foster of Glen Carbon, IL.; Dau: Jo Ann & John Favro of Princeton, IN.; 7 Grandchildren; 13 Great Grandchildren; Sisters: Dora Lee Jackson, Lacresia Parkinson, Mary McCaughn, Rosella Johnson, and Roberta Omera; Brothers: Henry Foster and Charley Foster.
He was preceded by his second wife: Bonnie Jean Foster, his parents, Bro: Herbert Foster, and Sisters Barbara Ann Foster and Jullie Carter.

Hardin County Funeral Services, Rose-Gilbert Funeral Home, is in charge arrangements. Visitation will be Thursday May 31, 2012 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Funeral services will be Friday June 1, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Cave Hill Cemetery in Cave-In-Rock, IL. The Rev. Mike Buckman will officiate. Masonic services will be on Thursday May 31, 2012 at 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
