Ezra Edgar Crider

Ezra Edgar Crider of Cave In Rock, Illinois passed away on July 29, 2023. Ezra was born on June 27, 1942, to his parents, Dewey and Stella (Carr) Crider in Elizabethown, Illinois. He was a member of the Dorrisville Baptist Church.
Ezra is survived by his wife, Barbara Crider; daughter-in-law, Audrey Crider; grandsons, Cody Crider and Dakota (Cassie) Crider; great granddaughter, Ava Crider; great grandsons, Oliver Crider and Preston Crider; brothers, Ernest (Carol) Crider, Charles (Donna) Crider, James (Mariette) Crider and Tom (Liz) Crider and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Stella Crider; mother and father-in- law, Wallace and June Wheeler; 2 sons, Barry Crider and Timothy Crider and gandaughters, Heather Crider and Kandi Crider.
Ezra retired to enjoy family, fishing, and traveling.
Services will be held on Saturday, August 5, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Hardin County Funeral Service with burial to follow at Peters Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 4, 2023, from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
