Marion, Kentucky

Elizabeth Ann Baker, 69, of the Mexico Community passed peacefully into Heaven's Gates on March 5, 2025. Beth was born in Evansville, IN to James T. "Bud" Allen and Betty Lou Allen.

Beth was retired from Akridge Farm Supply as a parts lady after 22 years of service. She was also a caregiver to the Akridges as well as others in the community.

Survivors include her sons, Phillip Hinchee and Justin Baker both of Mexico, KY. She is also survived by grandchildren, Wesley Hinchee and Olivia Topp; siblings, Susan Jones, Yetta (Jim) Freeman and James Albert (Marty) Allen; niece, Raichel Jones; nephew, Tyree Jones as well as one other niece and several other nephews. Beth is also survived by her sister-friend, Debra Robinson, whom she loved dearly.

Beth was preceded in death by her parents, Bud and Betty Allen.

Services are scheduled for 2 PM Sunday March 9, 2025 at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY with interment in Mexico Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 10 AM until service time Sunday at the funeral home.

Donations may be made to the Mexico Cemetery Fund, 6001 Mott City Road, Marion, KY. 42064.
