Mrs. Belt is the Beloved Wife of the Late Thomas Harold Belt and Daughter of the late Henry and Mary Bertha Phillips; Dear Mother of Marilyn B Smith and Carol (Doug) Belt Niemuth; Dear Sister of H.B. Phillips;

Dear Grandmother of Jennifer S. (Will) Weltman; Great Grandmother of Paul Thomas and Samual Dorsey Weltman: Our dear Sister-In-Law, Aunt, Cousin and friend.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00am Friday, July 8th, 2016 at Gilbert Funeral Home, friends may call from 5:00pm until 8:00pm Thursday, July 7th, 2016 at Gilbert Funeral Home. Burial will be at Love Cemetery. The Family ask in lieu of flowers please make donations to Love Cemetery or Hurricane Cemetery.
