Edward E. "Eddie" Hendrix

Edward Earl "Eddie" Hendrix, 60, of Marion, KY died Wednesday in Benton, Illinois. He was an avid musician, United States Post Office Rural Carrier, member of Repton Baptist Church and Mattoon Fire Department.
Surviving is his wife, Sherry Dawn Hendrix of Marion, KY; son, Robert Earl Hendrix of Caddo Parrish, Louisiana; daughter, Tabitha Dawn Riley of Marion, KY; sisters, Barbara Nunn of Missouri, Martha Estes of Bowling Green, KY, Willie Summers of Mayfield, KY; Jo Poindexter and Doris McMican both of Marion, KY; 4 grandchildren.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Cleo and W.C. Hendrix.
Services are scheduled for 1 PM Saturday at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY with interment in Repton Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 5-8 PM Friday at the funeral home.
