Ed Runyan, 93, of Fort Collins, Colorado, formerly of Marion, KY, died Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at his home in Fort Collins. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, Bingham Masonic Lodge 256, American Legion, VFW, Rotary Club and Marion Baptist Church.
Surviving is his wife, Maggie Dell Forman Runyan of Fort Collins, CO; sons, William E. Runyan of Fort Collins, CO and C. Stanley Runyan of Philadelphia, PA; 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Winford and Ruth Manning Runyan.
Graveside services are scheduled for 10:30 AM Friday at Mapleview Cemetery in Marion, KY with interment to follow. The family will receive visitors from 5-8 PM Thursday at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY.
