Dorothy Banks Garrison, 85, of Rosiclare, IL., passed away on Wednesday October 11, 2017 at Rosiclare Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Hardin County to Phillip and Ethel (Baker) Joiner on January 23, 1932.
She is survived by a Son: Robert Banks of Rosiclare; Three Grandchildren, Eight Great Grandchildren, and one Great-Great Grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her Parents: Phillip and Ethel Joiner; Son: Kenneth George Banks.
Hardin County Funeral Service, Cox Chapel is overseeing arrangements. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 13, 2017 from 11:00 am till 1:00 pm with service at 1:00 pm at funeral home. Intermits to follow at Rose Cemetery.
