Donald Abell Wright, 85, of Marion, KY died Thursday at Crittenden Health System in Marion, KY. He was a member and Deacon at Marion Second Baptist Church in Marion, KY and graduate of Bosse High School in Evansville, IN.
Surviving is his wife, Janice Wright of Marion, KY; son, Terry Wright of Marion, KY; daughters, Janie Kielhorn and Cindy Lou Summers both of Marion, KY; 4 grandchildren, Jacquelyn Orvis of New York, Ross Wright of Marion, KY, Jonathan Brazell of Calvert City, KY and Joseph Brazell of Bowling Green, KY and 5 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence A. Wright; mother, Viola Davidson and step father, R.P. "Pete" Davidson.
Services are scheduled for 2 PM Sunday January 25, 2015 at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY with interment in Mapleview Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 5-8 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
