Della Mae Simmons, 63, of Cave-In-Rock, Illlinois died Friday at Rosiclare Health and Rehab. She was a member of Levee Pond Church.
Surviving is he sister, Carolyn Frayser of Grand Chain, IL and brother, James L. Simmons of Cave-in-Rock, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis R. and Rowena Simmons and brother, Carmel Simmons.
Services are scheduled for 1 PM Tuesday at Rose-Gilbert Funeral Home in Cave-In-Rock, IL with interment in Cave Hill Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 11 AM until service time Tuesday at the funeral home.
