Charles William Sisco, 88, of Marion, KY. died Tuesday June 4, 2019 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah, KY. He was a member of Second Baptist Church of Marion, KY., United States Army Veteran of the Korean War and life long member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Geneva "Jenny" Sisco of Marion, KY.; children, Don Sisco of Marion, KY., Brenda (Stewart) Whitt of Colonna, Michigan and Lisa (Mike) Smiley of Marion, KY.; 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Mae Sisco; son, Doyle Sisco; grandson, Adam Whitt; daughter-in-law, Lana Sisco; 3 sisters and 2 brothers.
Services are scheduled for 11 AM Friday June 7, 2019 at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY. with interment in Mapleview Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 5-8 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
Military Rites will be held at the cemetery on Friday.
