Carla J. Burton, 65, of Herod, IL died Sunday at 3:35 PM at Heartland Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Dorrisville Baptist Church and attended Bethany Baptist Church.
Surviving is her husband, Carlos Burton of Herod, IL; son, Michael Burton of Herod, IL; daughter, Kelly Winters of Cave-In-Rock, IL; mother, Mary Malone of Rosiclare, IL; 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her father, Harry Neighbors and 1 sister.
Services are scheduled for 1 PM Thursday at Cox Funeral Home in Rosiclare, IL with interment in Cedar Bluff Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 5-8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
