Carl Edgar Riley Jr.

Carl Edgar Riley, Jr, 86, of Rosiclare, IL died Thursday at Hardin County Hospital. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Rosiclare, IL, Navy Veteran of WWII, member of Gideons International and American Legion Post 571, was retired from Duvall Mining In Tucson, AZ and also a retired insurance agent.
Surviving is his wife, Jewel Riley of Rosiclare, IL; son, Dennis Riley of Rosiclare, IL; sister, Carlene Embry of Elizabethtown, IL; 2 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl Edgar and Mollie Jane Riley, Sr. and 1 brother.
Services are scheduled for 11 AM Monday August 19, 2013 at Cox Funeral Home in Rosiclare, IL with interment in Peters Creek Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 5-8 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
