Mr. Buddy Wayne Cook

Buddy Wayne Cook, 73, of Rosiclare, Il. passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at Rosiclare Rehab and Healthcare Center. Buddy was born on October 3, 1943 to Henry and Nora (Phillips) Cook in Rosiclare, Il. He was a member of the First Christian Church of Rosiclare.
Buddy is Survived by his Brothers: Bob and Ellen Cook of Springfield, IL and Bertis and Becky Cook of Elizabethtown, IL; Sister: Bonnie and Ronnie Malcom of Rosiclare, Il.; Sister-In-Law: Dottie Cook of Rosiclare, IL; and Many Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
Buddy is preceded in death by his Parents: Henry and Nora Cook; Sister: Patty Jo Cook; Brothers: Bill Cook, Barney Cook, and Bennie Cook.
Hardin County Funeral Service, Cox Chapel will be overseeing the arrangements. Service will be held Monday, September 11, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Cox Funeral Home in Rosiclare, IL. Family will receive visitors from 11:00 a.m. till time of service. Burial will follow at Central Cemetery. Rev. Stan Pennell will officiate service. In lieu of flowers the family has an account at Banterra Bank for donation to go to the American Heart Association or donation can be made directly to the American Heart Association in his honor.
