Bonita Kathlene McConnell, 90, of Elmore, Alabama, passed awa7 on Saturday December 14, 2013. She was born on May 23, 1923 to Homer Hearell and Leffa McMaster Hearell in Rosiclare, Il. On November 22, 1942, she married the love of her life, Cyrus McConnell Jr.
She is survived by her husband: Cyrus McConnell Jr.; Dau: Judy and Ray Kennedy; Dau: Kathy Suzanne McConnell; Dau: Maxine June McConnell; Grandson: Christopher kennedy
She is preceded in death by her parents: Homer and Leffa Hearell; Son: Jerry McConnell; Grandson: Gregory Bartley.
Hardin County Funeral Services, Rose Gilbert Funeral Home, is in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Wednesday December 18, 2013 from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Funeral services will be at Rose Gilbert Funeral Home on Wednesday December 18, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. Burial will follow at Cave Hill Cemetery. Rev. Larry Lewis will officiate the services.
